Store Policy Specifics~AND~Why we are special

 

  • The Handpainted Bag Lady wants only 100% happy customers so we have a full return policy!

                     *100% of purchase price w/o shipping

  • When the Handpainted Bag Lady is working on your custom handbag, she will email you with in-progress and final pictures before you pay for anything!!!
  • Feel free in-progress to voice your feedback and "tweek" if we need to-we don't get insulted!
  • We DO NOT require a deposit EVER.
  • If you chose to have the Handpainted Bag Lady paint on one of your bags, send it on! You will only pay for the painting fees! There is no cost or fee for using your own favorite bag!
  • If you wish the Handpainted Bag Lady to paint a bag that she has in stock, there is a small fee for the handbag + painting fees.
  • In most cases, handbags in stock are vintage or not brand new.  They are, however, always in perfect working order and are cleaned and conditioned.  The bags in our stock are quality high end leather handbags. They are rescued bags that need new life and a new home.  This makes you and us environmentally responsible!!!
  • If there is some specific item you wish to have painted on a bag, we gladly accept pictures you can provide-(i.e. favorite pet, flower, team, etc).
  • We believe in very open communication and usually we update daily on progress and can usually have a bag finished within one week!!!!
  • All bags are shipped priority with delivery confirmation and wrapped very pretty to be carried right away, or given as a gift.
